5 Week Candlelight Yoga Series For Inner Peace

Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.

Practice self care, self love and take some time for you. Looking to explore a yoga practice focused on slow movement at a relaxed pace cultivating inner peace and calm? This series is for you! Join Mellow Flow Yoga Tuesday evenings from 6 pm - 7 pm. Gentle Flow yoga eases the body into relaxing postures that put the body at ease, the mind at ease, inviting a sense of calm.

Students of all levels are highly encouraged to attend. You will need a yoga mat, strap, blocks and blanket. If you do not have we will have available for retail sale.

**We will follow ALL CDC guidelines for a safe and healthy practice**

Every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.

Monday: Candlelight Mellow Flow Yoga

Mellow Flow Yoga is a great way to slow down, connect with your body, and calm your mind. This practice is ideal for all levels including those new to yoga. Everyone will enjoy this opportunity to move your body, breathe deeply and simply feel good.

Wednesday: Flow and Restore

Each week will be a different heat building asana practice followed by calming restorative poses. It is a balanced combination, leaving the body and mind both calm and clear.

You will need a yoga mat, blanket, yoga blocks and strap.

Classes will be limited to 14 students to adhere to social distancing guidelines. We will follow all CDC guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy practice.

Every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.

Join Mellow Flow Yoga on the Great Lawn at the Oneida Community Mansion House as we harmonize mind, body and spirit through the unity of yoga and nature. We will awaken our senses through the sound, scents and evening breezes of summer.

Students of all levels are highly encouraged to attend and participate at their own pace.
