Autumn is a time of transition, a time to let go and to replenish. Join Mellow Flow Yoga to immerse yourself in the rejuvenating goodness that nature has to offer as we share in the practices of mindfulness, meditation and yoga at North Riding, a refurbished 1900's barn set high above Oneida Lake with breathtaking views.

We will begin our day with a rejuvenating yoga practice as we take in the resplendent views of fall foliage over Oneida Lake. We will share in a mindful eating practice as we enjoy farm to table fare prepared fresh from autumn's bounty, served in a rustic, elegant setting. Our day will continue with guided imagery meditation focusing on letting go and making room to replenish and restore. Our day continues with a transformational Sound Healing experience and we will conclude the day with a peaceful, relaxing Yin Yoga Aromatherapy practice.

We will have time throughout the day for quiet time and reflection on the over 175 acres of fields, meadows and woods of this English Equestrian complex.

This retreat is for all levels including those new to yoga.

The venue is home to a refurbished 5600 sq. ft. barn built in the early 1900's. The barn has been converted into a beautiful facility for events in a warm and inviting space. The venue is surrounded by an impressive equine facility, woods, beautiful pastures and an expansive view of Oneida Lake.
