Improve balance and focus with this balance pose centered series. Balancing poses in yoga are beneficial in many ways:
 

  • Strengthen your core, muscles, and tone connective tissue

  • Enhance focus and concentration

  • Build your stability

  • Reverse age-related loss of balance

  • Improve agility
     

This practice begins with breath work and warm-up followed by a deep dive into balance poses incorporating modifications and props. The practice ends with a restorative cool down to reach full balance – mind, body, spirit. This class is for all levels.

Series: $100 or try for $20 drop-in
